The sculpture by Kristen Visbal went up overnight. Although it’s guerilla art, she secured proper permits in the hope it will remain in place for at least a month, and perhaps in perpetuity.
It’s worth noting that the installation of the Charging Bull itself on public land has never formally been approved. You might say it’s an undocumented sculpture.
