Brain Wires

Students and professors at MIT have developed hair-thin flexible fibers that can transmit optical, electrical, AND chemical signals – fibers designed to be as soft and flexible as brain tissue. Designed so they could be threaded into brains.

Right now, they’re saying “to observe, to observe, to observe,” but what do you want to bet at least one of them sometimes plays Shadowrun and always picks the “wired reflexes” implant? 30% odds, you figure?

This is major cool stuff.
